Would stay here again and enjoy a very relaxing stay. Convenient hotel & fairly clean, its location is particularly good and absolutely perfect near to all attractions. The units are newly decorated, modern.

119 a night for this Motel, one of many in the busy city of Page (impressive what moves Antelope Canyon). Reading opinions from some other clients, I find it hard to believe that we have been to the same place. We, at the end of August 2019, have found a Motel of great capacity and room without any but in terms of space, cleanliness, decoration, comfort.. . The breakfast, included in the price, offers from cereals and toast to pastries, with coffee, juice, etc. Hardly anything will be missed. Near the hotel there is a shopping area where you can have dinner (we recommend the Slackers burgers), and a gas station right on the corner next to reception. Looking at the rest of the offer, I don't think it's a bad choice at all, and I doubt the rest is very much on top.
The only thing you should check is the toilet cistern, which is leaking some water and you have to be careful not to do so so that it is not constantly noisy. The Hotel's swimming pool is quite limited and with a few clients it collapses. We also found the parking a little bit fair, but we appreciate that it was free (no reservation necessary).

The saddest hotel I have ever seen. Sad rooms, sad view, sad breakfast, sad staff. Terrible. And for what a high price!

Convenient: In the middle of Page, close to Lake Powell. Good value/price ratio. Room on ground floor with outside table. Parking in front of the room.
Pool very small and crowded. Not very charming.

An unexpected cozy retreat
The friendly front desk staff made our check-in enjoyable, and we loved having a fridge for our snacks after a long day exploring.
The AC was quite loud and it took a while to cool our room down, making it a restless night.

The staff was very unfriendly & not helpfull. The wash cloths & bath towels had an unpleasant oder & several towels were stained black from what looked like the towels were used to clean a BBQ or a car engine. There were no lids for the coffee. The staff & workers were very unprofessional & hung outside of the office & one room till late at night.

Location is a big plus, close to restaurants and shops. Room was outdated with a broken bathroom faucet. Breakfast options were lacking. Golf course nearby is a nice bonus for enthusiasts.
